We bought our Little house in December 2007 and moved in on the 9th of February 2008. We bought it for the bargain price of $305 after a few days of negotiation. The house was listed for sale for $290+

We got stuck into fixing it up straight away and pulled the kitchen out that weekend we moved in

 

 

And with a bit of hard work and a little bit of money it looked like this

 

 

As the years went on we added to the house.

We build a shed out the back and In 2010 and two kids into the mix.

 

 

It was at the point that we pretty much out grew our house instantly.

The we added another kid in 2012 and we had definitely outgrown our house.

And had to add a new room quick smart, so we divided our master bedroom in half

 

As the house was so full, we had to make more room outside for our growing family
